The Conduit for Wii Review - 1up (excerpt):
With no real online shooter competition on the Wii, just having the ability to hop into a game with up to 12 players online would have been great. But High Voltage went ahead and built out a complete multiplayer suite. The clean matchmaking system takes only a couple of clicks to get into a group and once there it lets everyone have a voice in setting up the game through a slick voting system that lets everyone have a say on the rules, available weapons, and map selection. Team modes fit the pace of play best but suffer from the lack of communication options other than the uncommon Wii Speak peripheral.
Online may come off a little crude by modern standards, but its raw, run-and-shoot action taps a nostalgic sense from back in the early days of playing PC shooters online. In the heat of this action, The Conduit comes closest to realizing its aspirations to become the first epic shooter for the Wii.

If you have been desperately searching for a competitive online shooter with robust options, The Conduit will be a near permanent fixture in your motion-sensing console. While it's not up to the experiences offered on the more advanced Xbox 360 or PS3, The Conduit is easily the best online shooter on Wii. As the saying goes, "In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king."
